- All RamCity brand products are drop-shipped directly from our manufacturer in Santa Clara, California.
- All Kingston products are presently shipped from our central distribution centre in Sydney, Australia via FedEx. Additional Tax and import duties may apply.
- Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details the morning after your shipment is dispatched.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.

Stock Levels
- Stock levels shown on our website are updated early each morning.
- 95% of all orders we receive are shipped the same or next business day, once the payment has been cleared. Products requiring back order are clearly marked.
- For up-to-the-minute stock levels, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- If your product is not in stock, you will be notified by email of an expected shipping date, generally within 5 business days. Although your credit card is charged up-front, you are able to cancel the order at anytime and have the transaction reversed. We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fees.

Taxes and Import Duties
- All prices quoted on ramcity.net are exclusive of taxes.
- As we are an Australian company trading in the United States we are currently not required to collect any taxes.
- Orders for RamCity brand products ship direct from our manufacturer in California, so import duties can never apply, regardless of order size.
- IMPORTANT: Orders of Kingston brand products or orders with both Kingston and non-Kingston products combined, will ship from our Sydney distribution centre. Taxes and import duties may be leviable if the value of the order exceeds USD$1000. Read more about this on the U.S. Customs website
